Start with how you want to use the oil
For a massage routine, begin with an oil described for massage on its bottle label. A carrier oil is a base oil that can be used on its own or to dilute compatible essential oils. A concentrated essential oil blend is a different product: do not apply it directly to skin. Fragrance oil also has its own intended uses and warnings.
Product names and aromas do not tell you whether an oil is ready for skin use. Check the product type, ingredients and label directions as well as the fragrance.

Muscle Melt and Sanctuary Bliss bring different herbal aromas to massage. Coconut Heaven is a versatile carrier oil for massage, skin and hair care. Follow the directions on each bottle and use a small amount at a time.

Looking for a concentrated essential oil blend?
Dreamy Delight combines bergamot, clary sage and Roman chamomile. Energia Boost combines peppermint, frankincense and lemon. Both come in 10ml bottles.
These are concentrated blends. Always dilute before skin use according to the product label or qualified guidance. Follow a compatible diffuser's instructions and the oil label for diffusion. Do not put undiluted drops directly into a bath or onto skin-contact bedding.
Facial care and home fragrance
Clear Complexion is a 50ml facial oil with tea tree, geranium and grapefruit essential oils in a grapeseed oil base. Read its individual application instructions instead of using the directions for another oil.
Christmas Blessing is a 10ml fragrance oil. Do not treat it as a ready-to-use massage oil. Use only for purposes supported by its label and compatible equipment instructions.
Choosing the oil bundle
The Relax, Nourish & Restore bundle contains Dreamy Delight 10ml, Coconut Heaven 100ml and Muscle Melt 100ml. The price is £65, saving £4 against the £69 separate total.
It combines different product types. Coconut Heaven and Muscle Melt have their own massage directions; Dreamy Delight requires dilution before skin use. The bundle is not three interchangeable, ready-to-use massage oils.
Before your first use
Read the label, check ingredients for anything you need to avoid and follow all warnings. Patch test products intended for skin use and stop if irritation occurs. Keep oils away from children, pets and eyes. Contact our team if the label or online product information is unclear.
